Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Combat Stitches order. If something isn't right, please reach out.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including embroidered patches and custom apparel) are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

This is a default starter policy and should be reviewed and customized to reflect Combat Stitches' actual return practices.
